What does it cost?+
You get the price up front, before any work starts. No surprise fees, no hourly meter running while I look around.
What if it can't be fixed remotely?+
Then I come to you. If you're in greater Providence, we schedule a house call, and anything we already covered remotely counts toward it.
What should I have ready?+
Just the device and any passwords you have. If you don't have the passwords, that's usually fixable too.
